We were blown away by the warm hospitality, homely atmosphere, and stylish ambiance of this beautifully renovated old family estate. The hosts, Denis and Katherine, were not only interesting companions but also sincerely helped us with various things, which was incredibly valuable as non-French speaking foreigners in France. The house itself was absolutely stunning, with rooms that made us feel like we were sleeping in a French chateau. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever experienced, and the rooms were spacious and tranquil. The hotel facilities were top-notch, seamlessly blending family history with modern comfort. The outside garden was a delightful addition to the picturesque surroundings. The breakfast was simply delicious, with local cheese and homemade preserves. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we even had the chance to socialize with other guests. This hotel has certainly set a new standard for us and we can't wait to return. We will definitely recommend it to our friends as well.

The room had a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, which was really convenient. I loved that there was an executive lounge access in the suite, it made me feel like a VIP! The soundproofing in the suite was perfect, I had a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The twin/double room had a fireplace, adding a cozy and romantic touch to the ambiance. The view from the twin/double room was absolutely stunning, it made my stay even more enjoyable.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the onsite ping pong. But hey, some people might find it fun.
